SUPPLY VOLTAGE        230 Volts,  50 Hz, (± 10%), AC Single Phase supply through Toggle switch & Control Fuse for Units 1 & 2.

OUTPUT                          1. Variable current Application  0 –  100AAC

2. For voltage, the Variac output is connected  to variable voltage output 0 –  230 V AC with fuse.

3. Separate  current output terminals and separate voltage output terminals  are provided

(At one time either current or voltage circuit will be connected  through a Toggle Switch)

CONTROLS                       1. 1st Unit with Push Button Control Only. When the ON/OFF push button is operated, all outputs will be connected  to the output connectors

2. 2nd unit with Push Button controt  & By-Pass Switch

CURRENT  OUTPUT   :  Output;  0 –  100A-  50A-   25A-   10A – 5A-   1A

Each of these outputs has a separate terminal referred to one common terminal.

Each current output terminal is for 400 VA capacity, except 1A output which is for 250 VA capacity

c. Unit 2 ;- DC output 0 -2S0 V DC. Volt meter connected  through selector Switch (Switch Posiuon-S) Anyone   voltage only can be read at a time.

One five digit timer with toggle selector for NO/NC (for checking the opening and closing time) in mil!i second. The four position timer selection is provided  for auto ranges (NO/NC test terminals. reset push button are also provided)

The timer will stop on getting the signal from the relay. When the timer stops the current and voltage output is de –  energized Separate  pair of test terminals (Relay trip contacts) is provided

:  It “By pass” • mode is chosen then all outputs will be directly connected  to the output terminals.  In this option Timer is in “OFF” mode & “ON I OFF” Push button control is in ‘OFF”  position.
